نُريد أن نحزن، لكن كيف؟
اختبَرنا طويلًا الجحيمَ والفقد والتشظّي، وها نحن نحاول أن نروي قصصنا. لكن في لحظات الحزن والعزاء المؤجّل، ذاكرتنا مفتّتةٌ، وكذلك ألسِنتنا. لعلّ الأشباح تنقذنا هذه المرّة. لعلّ الأساطير تنير دروبنا. لعلّ الألم يغدو أكثر رفقًا بنا. ولعلّ الكون يجد طريقه ليولَد من جديد.

How do we make sense of everything that has happened?
And then, what do we do with everything that has happened?
We want to grieve, but how?

We have lived through hell, loss, and fragmentation for so long, and now we are trying to tell our stories. Yet, in moments of grief and deferred mourning, our memories are fragmented, and so are our tongues. Perhaps ghosts will save us this time. Perhaps myths will illuminate our paths. Perhaps pain will become gentler with us. And perhaps the universe will find its way to be born again.
